Visit precision experts SOYL at Groundswell 2019

SOYL is exhibiting at Groundswell 2019 (#GW19), the UK's leading no-till/regenerative agriculture event.

The theme of this year’s Groundswell is ‘conservation agriculture and farming in the new environmental and political climate whilst regenerating our core asset, soil’

This aligns perfectly with the range of advice and services offered by the team at SOYL; all geared to helping growers ‘make every hectare count’ through the use of precision farming tools and techniques.

Simon Parrington, commercial director for SOYL said: “SOYL has attended Groundswell since its inception in 2015, and we have seen the event develop into a significant knowledge base for soil health and practical applications on a modern farm.

“We’re looking forward to a busy event. Our team of advisors will be on hand to discuss how to set up and measure key metrics on farm and how to then use them to make significant progress in achieving their environmental, agronomic and economic goals.”

Demonstration of key SOYL services

MySOYL, SOYL’s online web- based management tool, is rapidly becoming not only a way of viewing data but of analysing multiple layers of information and providing access to a historical database of biomass images to scout, adjust and record areas of interest on the farm.

Simple to use tools like iSOYLscout help the farm team contribute to recording field features and areas for analysis or practical adjustments in applications.

Visit SOYL at Groundswell to discuss how these services could improve your business’s performance.

Exhibiting in partnership with Kings

SOYL has a synergy with its sister company and fellow exhibitor Kings who can be found on the adjacent stand to SOYL.

Working together to support farmers, SOYL and Kings use their expertise and precision data to help plan environment schemes and measure improvements delivered from the use of cover crops as well as providing live data on biomass development through the season.

Visit SOYL and Kings to discuss how precision farming can help manage environmental projects on your farm.

SOYL provides a 24/7 technical support helpline and a UK-wide network of field-based experts to advise on all aspects of precision crop production.

Groundwell takes place at Lannock Manor Farm, Hertfordshire, UK on 26th and 27th June 2019. SOYL’s stand can be found at adjacent to the Kings Crops area which can be seen on this exhibitors’ map.
